Auguste Francotte 20 Gauge Side By Side Shotgun, early 20th century. Serial number 81814, 31 in. blued steel barrels with ejectors textured rib, right barrel marked 'VON LENGERKE & DETMOLD' left barrel marked 'U.S. AGENTS NEW-YORK'; lock plates with simple border engraving and marked 'A. FRANCOTTE MAKER & PATENTEE LIEGE BELGIUM'; walnut stock with rubber recoil pad. Length of pull 14 3/4, overall lg. 48 1/8 in. Chamber 3 in. Minimum left barrel wall thickness .029 in. Minimum right barrel wall thickness .034 in. Left choke .613 in. Right choke .610 in. **Successful bidder must arrange pickup/transfer through a federal firearms licensee.** Condition: Barrel bluing mostly worn over the lower portion of the barrel and thin at the upper portion, bores are bright; stock has scattered dings and dents; action functions properly.
