Masse d'arme en acier Qajar, un protège-bras (bazuband) et une dague à manche en corne Perse, XIXe siècle La masse à hampe cylindrique surmontée d'une tête de bœuf aux cornes recourbées et aux oreilles allongées, la tête en revêtement d'argent décorée de rinceaux végétaux et d'inscriptions (peut-être 'Sultan ibn al-Sultan Fath 'Ali'). Le bazuband en revêtement en or gravé et décoré de scènes de bataille et de motifs végétaux. La dague à poignée en corne et inscriptions gravées sur la lame. Masse: L. 83.4 cm A Qajar steel mace, bazuband and horn-hilted dagger, Persia, 19th Century. The mace with cylindrical shaft surmounted by an ox head with curved horns and elongated ears, the head decorated in silver overlay with vegetal scrollwork and inscriptions (possibly 'Sultan ibn al-Sultan Fath 'Ali'). The bazuband engraved and decorated in gold overlay with battle scenes and vegetal motifs. The dagger with horn hilt and etched inscriptions to blade.
