Bidding Notices
Please note that for this sale lots will start closing at 30-second intervals rather than one minute as usual - check the countdown clock connected to each individual lot to see its specific closing time. As usual, if anyone bids in the last three minutes of a lot, that lot will be automatically extended by three minutes to allow other bidders to participate.
Buyers Premium and Charges
The Buyer's Premium is set at 24%.
Buyers' Obligations
ALL BIDDERS MUST AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD BONHAMS' CONDITIONS OF SALE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM, AND AGREE TO PAY THE BUYER'S PREMIUM AND ANY OTHER CHARGES MENTIONED IN THE NOTICE TO BIDDERS. THIS AFFECTS THE BIDDERS LEGAL RIGHTS.

From 28 June 2025, the import into the EU of non-EU property of a certain age (and in some categories above a certain value) is subject to additional requirements. Under the relevant EU Regulation, it is the Buyer's sole responsibility to assess whether any Lot meets the criteria for import into the EU. The refusal of any required Import Licence or Importer Statement, or any delay in obtaining such Licence or Statement shall not give rise to the rescission or cancellation of any Sale, nor allow any delay in making full payment for the Lot.

Shipping Notices
Unless otherwise specified all lots in our auctions are held at London City Bond, Dinton, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP3 5HB. 72 hours' notice is required for collection.
All UK deliveries are made through LCB at the following rates, all subject to VAT:
London postcodes: £20 for one case, £10 per case thereafter.
Other English postcodes: £30 for one case, £10 per case thereafter.
