Although L'Epée might not be widely recognized among all watch enthusiasts, the Swiss company boasts an esteemed nearly 200-year history of crafting exquisite clocks, watch parts, and music boxes. This legacy of excellence made them a perfect partner for MB&F's distinctively designed timepieces. This remarkable creation from their collaboration features a central clock mechanism that supports four alien-themed modules: a clock for time, a barometer for atmospheric pressure, a hygrometer for humidity, and a thermometer for temperature. The central unit, known as the 'mothership,' houses an alien figure named Ross, animated by a minute repeater-style mechanism that allows him to orbit the base. The design of this mid-20th-century-inspired weather station draws inspiration from the era's UFO-centric media and classic desk accessories.
