LIN SHU (1852-1924) Boating Home on A Snowy Night, 1923 Ink and colour on paper, hanging scroll Inscribed and signed Shu, with one artist's seal and one collector's seal Dated guihai (1923) Titleslip inscribed and dated 1971, with one collector's seal 127 x 32cm (50 x 12⅝in) Footnotes: 林紓 雪夜歸舟圖 設色紙本 立軸 一九二三年作 簽條：林琴南《雪夜歸舟圖》。公元一九七一年，明齋重裝。 款識： 眼中景似釣龍臺，萬個修篁曉霧開。記向錢塘弔漢月，西興竹色上衣來。北地無梅，而亦無竹，南中視竹為薪，而聖祖皇帝視宮中之竹能過牆者為異。癸亥六月寫此，不禁思及杭州及台江兩處，日在竹中吟諷時也。紓識。 鈐印：臣林紓印 藏印：明齋珍藏書畫、明齋所珍（簽條） Lot to be sold without reserve.
