Document officiel Qadjar relatif à la dot offerte à la mariée, Halimeh Khatun, par son nouvel époux, Aqa Muhammad Baqir Perse, daté du 23rd Rajab 1284 / 20 novembre 1867 A Qajar official document relating to the dowry given to a bride, Halimeh Khatun, by her new husband, Aqa Muhammad Baqir Persia, dated 23rd Rajab 1284/20th November 1867 Arabic and Persian manuscript on paper, main text consisting of 17 lines written in nasta'liq script in black and red ink, header in large naskhi in black ink, margins ruled in colours and gold, numerous witness attestations and seal impressions, including that of the groom, Muhammad Baqir 625 x 340 mm. Footnotes: This unusual document records the numerous presents given as a dowry (including cash, gold coins, utensils, bedding, carpets and various pieces of land) to the bride Halimeh Khatun, the daughter of Haji Muhammad Baqir, after her marriage to Aqa Muhammad Baqir, the son of the deceased Aqa Sani'. The bride's father, Haji Muhammad Baqir, does not appear among the named witnesses. No officials seem to be mentioned. From 28 June 2025, the import into the EU of non-EU property of a certain age (and in some categories above a certain value) is subject to additional requirements. Buyer's Premium Rates
28% on the first €40,000 of the Hammer Price
27% from €40,001 to €800,000 the Hammer Price
21% from €800,001 to €4,500,000 the Hammer Price
14.5% on the excess over €4,500,000 of the Hammer Price
A 3rd party bidding platform fee of 4% of the Hammer Price for Buyers using the following bidding platforms will be added to the invoices of successful Buyers for auctions starting on or after 6th July 2024 – Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; The Saleroom; Lot-tissimo.
TVA at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges.
