Royal Marines George IV OfficerÕs shoulder belt plate circa 1826-30.

A very fine and rare short lived example. Seeded gilt rectangular plate with slightly rounded corners, mounted with the Royal Crest within a full wreath of oak ornamented at the base with Union spray. Reverse retains original fixings comprising two hooks and two studs. VGC
