A fine and scarce silvered example. Crowned star pattern bearing laurel wreath and Garter, the black velvet centre mounted with a star bearing Maltese cross with stag on blue enamel centre. Mounted on the base of the wreath, a tri-part scroll ÒThe Bedfordshire Regt.Ó with supplementary scroll below inscribed Ò3rd Volunteer BattalionÓ. Three loops to reverse. VGC
