A very fine and rare cast example. Resting on a scroll `Rifle Volunteers`, an oak wreath surmounted by a crown resting on `Suffolk` scroll. Arms of Bury to centre with `13` on the base of the wreath. One (pinched) of two loops to reverse. VGC
