Coldstream Guards Officer s Colour belt plate.

A very fine EIIR example comprising a seeded gilt rectangular plate mounted with silvered Garter Star on a gilt slip. Mounted on the Star, a pierced gilt Garter on a rich blue enamel ground; within the Garter, the Cross of St.George in red translucent enamel on a white enamel ground. Reverse with two hooks and two studs. VGC (Design as Parkyn 66)
