A fine rich gilt example. Crowned star mounted with a laurel wreath enclosing the Garter. Restored black enamel centre bearing gilt eight pointed star with silver rose to centre. Mounted on the base of the wreath an applied silver tri-part scroll inscribed ‘The East Yorkshire Regiment’. Three loops to reverse. Centre fixing absent, secured by glue otherwise VGC. (KK 230)
