An extremely fine and rare gilt on copper die-stamped example. Burnished gilt plate bearing crown over Garter Proper with domed GR centre on a trophy of arms, Lion below. Reverse bears remains of two large blade attachments. Copper showing through gilt in small section at the top, otherwise splendid.
