All payments must be made by invoice within one week of the auction. Please note that we currently only accept wire transfers and PayPal. Full payment is required before delivery. If the bidder (buyer) fails to complete payment within 10 days, we reserve the right to dispute the unpaid lot and cancel the transaction.

Address changes are final after invoice issuance. Please notify us in advance after the auction ends if you need to change your address.
Sales Tax and Duties:
Lots may be subject to duties and sales taxes. Unless exempt by law, the buyer is responsible for paying any state and local duties and sales taxes upon payment of all or part of the purchase price.
If you are tax-exempt, you may submit a tax exemption certificate to avoid being assessed taxes.
Organic Materials: Whether the lot is made from or contains (in any percentage) endangered and other protected wildlife species, including but not limited to ivory, hawksbill turtle, crocodile skin, rhino horn, whalebone, certain types of coral, and Brazilian rosewood—which may be subject to export controls in the UK and import controls in other countries. If you plan to export a lot from the UK, import a lot to another country, or ship a lot between states, it is your responsibility to check relevant wildlife laws and regulations before bidding on any lot containing wildlife materials. You purchase lots containing endangered and other protected wildlife species at your own risk, and you are responsible for any scientific testing or other reports required for export from the UK or interstate transportation. If your lot is not permitted for export, import, or interstate transportation, or is seized by government authorities for any reason, we will not cancel your purchase and refund the purchase price.
Hans International Auctions Ltd. is not responsible for any resulting costs or inconveniences, regardless of the condition or description. You must pay for the item.
By registering, you confirm that you understand that there are no reasons for returns or refunds, including but not limited to conditions, inherent defects, repairs, changes, missing descriptors, or any type of typographical errors. The lack of condition information does not mean that the item is free from wear, defects or aging effects. Dimensions, photos and opinions are for reference only and are approximate. Assume that items such as clocks and live items have been repaired, are missing parts, or need repairs. Textiles, upholstery, carpets, and stringed jewelry are usually antiques or antiques and may need to be cleaned or re-stringed. We do our best to evaluate the situation at the time of photography and auction. If any item fails after leaving our terminal, we will not take any responsibility. The conditions and descriptions are based on professional opinions and are for reference only, without legal obligations. Please see all detailed pictures before requesting.
For all sales across any platform, the Company has full and complete discretion to cancel a sale for any issue whatsoever. For all products, we conduct a thorough final quality check right before shipping products to the buyer. If in the course of the final quality check, the product does not meet our quality standards, we will cancel the sale and issue the buyer a refund.
In the unlikely event that we lose our internet connection or items have inappropriate data due to technical errors in the system such as images mismatched or not available, items with incorrect information, price or certificate, the Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion
If the auctioneer decides that any opening bid is below the value of the item If offered, the seller may reject the offer and withdraw the article from the sale.
Shipment will only be arranged after payment has been paid in full and settled.
Your bid constitutes your agreement to all terms.
Any violation of these terms will result in permanent disputes in your records and may be deleted from all bidding platforms.
We do not return goods. If you have any questions, please provide us with feedback within 5 days after receiving the goods. We will no longer accept goods after the expiration date and assume legal responsibility.
We reserve the right to charge your registered credit card according to the terms outlined at the time of registration.
All goods must be removed from Hans International Auctions Ltd. within 14 business days. Hans International Auctions Ltd. is not responsible for any damage to any property left on its premises under any circumstances.
