Description
19th century Biedermeier mahogany secretaire. The upper section with a three concave and convex shaped doors enclosed shelving and drawers. The lower section fall flap enclosed a fitted interior comprising inlaid satinwood and walnut drawers and cupboard. Fitted four long graduated drawers – including the pull-out gradient adjustable writing surface enclosed storage – with dovetailed jointing and raised on carved bracket feet. Dismantles to three sections for ease of movement. Supplied with original key. Locks in smooth working order. Height: 215.2 cm Width: 117.2 cm Depth: 60.3 cm Writing Surface Height: 77.2 cm
