Exceptional R S Prussia China tankard pitcher featuring the mold 29 Lily pattern with a scalloped base and highly ornate Art Nouveau-inspired handle. The central panel showcases a finely detailed portrait transfer of Madame Recamier, bordered by lustrous lavender iridescent bands in the signature Tiffany-style finish. Embellished with intricate gilt accents and molded lilies at the rim, the pitcher exemplifies the decorative richness associated with late 19th to early 20th-century Prussian porcelain. Although the red R S Prussia mark on the base is mostly worn, the piece's form and decoration are consistent with original Reinhold Schlegelmilch production.
