limited edition hand embellished giclee print on paper, signed, titled and numbered 73/250 verso framed image size 93cm x 70cm, overall size 105cm x 81cm Note: Terry Bradley was born in Belfast in 1965. He grew up on the Shankill Road and his mother tried to keep him inside, away from the Troubles. Throughout his childhood, he was particularly interested in reading ‘The Adventures of Tin Tin’, with this style of drawing influencing his later work. Bradley first began painting to calm his nerves, he found himself in his element when creating pictures. After leaving school, he opened a factory producing full lead mouth blown crystal, which was in high competition with other crystal manufacturers. However, this factory closed after only four years, and he turned his attention towards art. In his spare time, Bradley continued to paint, as it was a way for him to escape the stresses of everyday life. After a conversation with John Reynolds, Bradley had his first solo art exhibition in Dublin turning his passion into a full-time profession. From his first exhibition onwards, he became more celebrated, exhibiting in Dublin, Belfast, London and Spain.
