NO. 41 Provenance: Oscar and Peter Johnson Ltd, Cadogan Place, London Douglas Anderson was a portrait painter who studied with Pietro Annigoni in Florence. For a time Anderson lived in London, was a member of Chelsea Arts Club and ran Douglas Anderson Ltd, later moving to Pisa, Italy. Showed at RP and RA, in 1965 Summer Exhibition showing a portrait of HM The Queen. Dimensions: (Frame) 39.5 in. (H) x 47.25 in. (W) (Board) 31 in. (H) x 39.5 in. (W)
