Please note that the Brusden White "catalogue prices for pre-1928 booklets are for booklet covers in good condition, containing any quantity of the relevant stamps."
1904-12 Booklets containing Australian States Stamps
1910 2/- (11 x ½d., 18 x 1d.)
Red-brown on pink surfaced card with manuscript "12" amendment, yellow inside, incomplete containing New South Wales Crown over A ½d. (3, one affixed on inside front cover) and 1d. (10), fine condition; also black on pink surfaced card with red ink "12" amendment, yellow inside, only containing a South Australia ½d. affixed on inside front cover, a fraction soiled and with manuscript notation on front cover. BW B5(N)B, B5(S)A; $20,000 for incomplete. Photo
Note: In May 1911 it was decided that future printings of the booklets would contain 12 ½d. stamps. Postmasters were instructed to add a ½d. stamp to booklets already in stock; in some cases a manuscript correction to the cover inscription was also made.
