His aim was to craft a friendly, memorable figure that brings a sense of fun and nostalgia, inviting people of all ages to interact with him and capture special moments. His playful design is a joyful and relatable mascot for residents and visitors alike. James Higgs is a Southend-on-Sea-based multidisciplinary artist whose work reflects eco-activism, conservation, and punk culture. He combines bold illustration and design to challenge viewers and highlight the environmental impact of human behaviour. Please note, sculpture bidding will start at around £3,000 per large sculpture and baby penguins are expected to be from £2,000
