GUNDAM FRANCHISE (1979-PRESENT) - Sandrock Custom Original Production Cel - An original production cel featuring the Sandrock Custom, one of the most recognisable mobile suits from Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz.The film marked the end of the original Wing storyline and brought closure to one of the franchise's most internationally beloved entries. It also represents a key transitional moment in anime history, as one of the last major Gundam projects to be fully animated using traditional cel techniques before digital production took over. Cels from Endless Waltz showing the upgraded Custom units are increasingly sought after.This cel exemplifies the bold, high-contrast visual language that made Endless Waltz so iconic. Hajime Katoki's reimagined designs brought a new stylisation and flourish to the original Gundam Wing units. In particular, Sandrock Custom's sleeker profile, upgraded Heat Shotels, and broadened shoulders gave the unit a more imposing silhouette while still remaining true to Quatre Raberba Winner's original mobile suit.The Sandrock Custom is seen here mid-assault, with its Heat Shotel raised and shield arm extended. It captures the mecha's signature charge pose with an explosion of animated energy. Surrounding the Gundam is an abstract FX overlay of shattered debris and environmental energy.
