Registration No: B3 XSS Chassis No: WAPR534004PE50163 MOT: September 2025Rare and sought-after high-performance Convertible with 103,000 milesOffered with a large history file with a collection of MOTs, invoices and the current V5CSupplied new via the Sytner group in September 2004Number 163 of the 370-car production run, and one of just 167 UK market examplesIntroduced at the 2003 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Roadster S was only the third open-topped BMW two-seater that Alpina had worked its magic on. Using a BMW Z4 3.0i Roadster as its basis, the newcomer boasted a thoroughly reworked 3.4 litre DOHC straight-six engine, ZF six-speed manual gearbox, recalibrated suspension, altered rear axle ratio and 19-inch alloy wheels. With some 300bhp/362Nm on tap, the two-seater was reputedly capable of 0-60mph in 5 seconds and 170mph! Only in production for two years due to tightening emission regulations, just 370 were sold worldwide (of which 167 were RHD, UK cars). Finished in Black Sapphire with Red leather upholstery, this particular example – Number 163 – was supplied new by the Sytner Group. Warranted to have covered some 103,000 miles from new, ‘B3 XSS’ pleasingly retains its original owner’s wallet, handbook and service book. Subject to a recent alloy wheels refurbishment, the Roadster S has the further benefit of fresh tyres. A rare and seriously rapid machine that will become increasingly collectible over time, the Alpina is also accompanied by a V5C Registration Document, extensive history file and MOT certificate valid until September 2025. Lot 812

Alpina's B10 3.5/1 was one of the fastest saloon cars of its day and this beautifully presented Diamond Black example is #414 of only 572 built worldwide. Whilst Cosworth’s influence on Ford’s range of mass-produced saloons tended to focus on seriously enhanced performance and external addenda and AMG’s contribution to the top-end of the Mercedes range was also about performance but combined with style and exclusivity, Alpina’s relationship with BMW was rather different.Alpina Burkard Bovensiepen GmbH & Co. KG or simply 'Alpina', the official BMW tuning partner, has had a long and celebrated association with the Munich carmaker, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2015. Credited with re-engineering some very special cars over the years, Alpina's approach is often to refine and build on the latent driving and styling characteristics of a standard car, adding a certain Alpina 'magic' that only they can bestow on a BMW. Their reputation and following are very strong, appealing to discerning buyers who want a special, rare and characterful car. Such are their credentials, Alpina is now recognised by the German Ministry of Transport as an automobile manufacturer in its own right.Introduced in 1988, BMW’s third generation 5 Series, the E34, remained in production until 1995 and during those years, Alpina created five variants for the E34 BMW 5 Series, all under the name B10. Three variants were created using a straight-six engine (B10 3.0 Allrad, B10 3.5, B10 BiTurbo) and two were based on the V8 engine (B10 4.0, B10 4.6). Alpina created cars based on the E34 until 1996, when they shifted production to the E39 generation. The B10 3.5/1 was Alpina’s first performance variant of the E34 5 Series with the modified M30 straight-six, rebuilt with Mahle pistons, a new camshaft, modified cylinder head, custom exhaust system and a revised Motronic ECU resulting in 254bhp and 325Nm. Naturally, Alpina also fitted uprated shock absorbers and springs to deliver its trademark balance between ride comfort and body control, along with powerful brakes. The interior benefited from Recaro seats with Alpina upholstery, a new leather-covered steering wheel by Momo and a new gear knob. Externally the only differences were the front spoiler, 17" Alpina alloys, exhaust pipes and Alpina graphics and badging. This left-hand drive example is #414 of the 572 built and was specified in classic Diamantschwarz metallic with gold pinstripes and matching Alpina emblems. Delivered new by Nicole Automobiles Ltd, the sole agents for Alpina in Japan and pleasingly their branding still adorns the car. Whilst the service history, until UK-registration in 2019, is in Japanese, we note a receipt by BMW Battersea confirming a service on 14th March 2025. Inside, there are electrically adjustable and heated front sport seats, the wooden veneers bear Racing Dynamics emblems, whilst the glovebox contains the BMW torch and the boot lid-mounted toolkit is still present.Presented to auction with its Alpina handbooks, service book, receipts and an odometer reading of 78,168 kilometres or 48,571 miles, the MOT is valid until March 2026.This is a superb, low-mileage example of one of the most desirable models in Alpina’s back-catalogue and warrants your close inspection at our Supercar Fest Sale.Specification Make: BMW Model: 5-SERIES Year: 1991 Chassis Number: WAPBA35010BB30414 Registration Number: H940 RTX Transmission: Automatic Engine Number: B113 Drive Side: Left-hand Drive Odometer Reading: 78168 KM Make: LHD Interior Colour: Black/Grey ClothClick here for more details and images

One of just 50 UK B3 Coupe’sLow mileage and owner exampleDevelopment of the B3 began in 2006 before the car was introduced in 2007. It utilised a modified version of the BMW N54 inline-six engine used in the 335i. The B3 was available with rear-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive drivetrains. The engine was modified by the addition of an Alpina specific ECU, oil cooler and lighter and stronger MAHLE pistons. These modifications allowed the engine to generate 355bhp between 5,500rpm to 6,000rpm and 369 lb⋅ft of torque at 3,800rpm to 5,000rpm. The engine has a red line of 7,000rpm. The engine was mated to a six-speed ZF automatic transmission paired with a control system called Switch Tronic. Shift times had been significantly improved, taking 100 milliseconds to shift gears. The car could be ordered in any colour from the standard exterior colours as offered on its predecessor. The exterior changes included optional Alpina pinstripes, a front spoiler with Alpina lettering, a rear lip spoiler and a light weight Akrapovic stainless steel exhaust system with quad exhaust tips. The exhaust system had a floating tip design, a first to be used on an Alpina vehicle. The interior included heated sport seats, wood trim, Lavalina leather upholstery, cruise control, Alpina floor mats and Alpina gauges with the speedometer reading up to 190mph on the European models. The interior could be customised to the customer specifications by the Alpina interior department. The suspension system of the B3 utilised a mixture of in-house developed components and BMW components. The B3 can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 4.8 seconds and can attain a claimed top speed of 177mph.No. 052, this lovely petrol B3 Coupé was first registered on 18th April 2018 and is presented in black coachwork. Boasting only four former keepers and a low mileage for Alpina modes, showing a mere 73,200 miles from new. Offered with an MoT test certificate until March 2026, this well-maintained example had its last service in March 2025 where it was treated to new front brake discs. Described as having very good tyres all round and offered with two sets of keys, this is as collectable as it is enjoyable to drive. Registration No: B10 HCC Chassis No: WAPBA46L17AF30164 MOT: December 2025Warranted 65,000 miles from newCurrent ownership since 2007 and just two former keepersNumber #164 of the B10 Alpina’s, and believed to be 1 of just 49 UK-supplied B10 V8 examplesOffered with a comprehensive history fileOriginal stamped service book displaying only main dealer and specialist service stampsThe Alpina B10 3.2, 3.3, V8 and V8S petrol-engined models were built in saloon and estate body styles based on the E39 from January 1997 to May 2004. Alpina is understood to have only made 49 UK-supplied B10 V8 saloons, from a total E39 B10 production run of 472, split across six-cylinder and V8s, saloon and touring models. Alpina really threw everything at this model! The B10 E39 was designed and built for the customer for whom an M5 was a bit too common, a bit too mainstream; Alpina customers have always preferred to plough their own furrow, and the sort of person that would have chosen one of these over the (admittedly very, very good) production M5 is one of us.The changes wrought were extensive: the V8 M62 engine was bored and stroked out to 4.6-litres; the valve seats were changed and the cylinder head flowed; the camshafts were given a sportier profile; the crankshaft was balanced and lightweight Mahle aluminium pistons were fitted. The maximum revs rose to 6,700rpm – and power soared to 340bhp and 346lb/ft. The power ensures it can reach 62mph in 5.4 seconds and, because it’s a limited edition it doesn’t have the gentleman’s agreement 155mph limiter fitted, so it’ll hit 178mph. Alpina did a typically thorough job and lowered and stiffened the suspension and fettled the brakes too.Alpina B10 Number 164 was finished from the factory in Alpina Blue metallic paintwork with extended Black Nappa leather interior upholstery and high gloss burr walnut wood trim. Specified from new with Alpina floor mats; rear wing with high-level brake light; Alpina four-spoke leather steering wheel with Switchtronic; shadow line; anti-glare windscreen; electric sunroof; automatic dipping interior and door mirrors; non-smoking pack; electric comfort seats; headlight washer system; park distance control; air-conditioning; BMW 6-CD changer; and without side decals. Supplied new through UK Alpina agents Sytner of Nottingham to a construction company, being road registered on the 24th of September 1997, the Alpina sold to the second owner, a lady in London in 2002, again through Sytner and this sale invoice is pleasingly still on file.Retained by her, being used sparingly, until purchased by the vendor in 2007, the vendor took Alpina Register committee member Charles Lovibond to confirm its validity and received a glowing report at the time. Ever since enjoying the Alpina around the United Kingdom, on events (including the Alpina 50th Anniversary at Sytner and the Alpina stand at Silverstone with an honour lap of the circuit) and on tours of France and Switzerland. A well maintained example, accompanying is the original book pack in Alpina wallet, containing the Alpina supplementary handbook, and the stamped service book which contains stamps solely from main agents and specialists with services completed at 5,031; 6,885; 11,360; 17,137; 27,228; 36,047; 45,738; 47,911; 55,979; 59,609; 64,522 miles.Boasting its original tool kit, genuine 19’’ wheels (shod with matching Michelins), three sets of keys with Alpina fobs, Alpina interior plaque, and supplying dealer sticker, the Alpina also is accompanied by a comprehensive history file that contains the original build sheet, numerous previous invoices, collection of previous MOTs, current MOT December 2025, and a current V5C document. Accompanied to sale by a pair of Hella Xenons, albeit one needs the adjuster replacing. This B10 being the V8 variant and with both modest mileage and just two previous keepers, is not one to be missed. Registration No: P3 NSK (See below) Chassis No: WAPB332L06WE40016 MOT: NoneWarranted 57,000 miles from new with supporting main dealer and marque specialist service historyUprated with a supercharger by renowned BMW performance specialist Birds1 of just 85 B3 3.2 Saloons made (in both LHD and RHD)Barn stored for eighteen years following the vendor's reposting to AmericaIntroduced in April 1996, every Alpina B3 3.2 began life as a BMW (E36) 328i before being thoroughly reworked by the famous, Buchloe-based tuning house turned manufacturer. Enlarged to 3.2 litres, the newcomer’s straight-six DOHC engine featured a re-programmed engine management system, freer-flowing exhaust system, revised combustion chambers and Mahle lightweight pistons etc. Developing some 265bhp and 330Nm, it could be allied to either six-speed manual or five-speed Switchtronic automatic transmission. Reputedly capable of 0-100km/h in 5.9 seconds and over 162mph, Alpina offered the B3 3.2 in saloon, coupe, convertible or estate guises all of which benefited from revised springing, stiffer anti-roll bars and bigger brakes. Only in production for three years, Alpina sold a mere 342 B3 3.2s making them far, far scarcer than BMW’s contemporary M3. One of just eight-five Alpina B3 3.2 Saloons (the vast majority of which were built to left-hand drive specification), chassis AS63685 was supplied new by Sytner Nottingham Ltd and first registered as ‘P3 NSK’ on October 2nd 1996. Finished in Arctic Silver Metallic with Grey leather upholstery, the four-seater was re-registered as ‘BM 100’ three months later. Racing a variety of historic machines at the time, the then owner – Brian Moore - decided to have the Alpina’s already impressive performance enhanced and so entrusted it to renowned BMW performance specialist BIRDS for a supercharger conversion. The result was a seriously rapid machine that had M3-humbling levels of performance but which could also cosset thanks to its Switchtronic five-speed transmission. Main dealer and marque specialist serviced at 6,360, 15,287, 19,809, 23,579, 27,426, 33,787, 37,688, 42,437, 47,060, 49,608 and 57,737 miles, the last of was carried out on 28th February 2007 with the B3 3.2 being put into dry storage the following month when the vendor relocated overseas. Coming to market for the first time in twenty years and dormant for most of those, ‘P3 NSK’ will require careful recommissioning. Offered for sale to benefit the British Heart Foundation, this four-wheeled adrenaline pump pleasingly retains its original book pack. PLEASE NOTE: This lot does not come with a current V5C Registration Document. Prompted by the vendor moving house, the last one issued to it was dated 15th July 2005. An export marker has appeared on the DVLA’s records for the Alpina without the seller’s knowledge or consent. He has never exported the car. Furthermore, the company which has been storing the B3 3.2 has provided us with seventy invoices as proof of its residency in the UK. Both the vendor and the storage company are happy to provide written confirmation of these facts to a new owner. Copies of the storage bills together with one for the supercharger conversion (totalling £7,596.90) are included within the history file. • Alpina styling kit• Six-speed manual gearbox The Z in the BMW Z models stands for zukunft which is the German word for future. It has been produced in four series with six generations consisting of roadster and coupé. It was designed by Danish BMW designer Anders Warming. The Z4 addressed many criticisms of the preceding Z3. It was larger and featured a significantly stiffer chassis. Initially only available as a roadster and the coupé was officially launched in 2006. This 2.0 litre, 150bhp SE specification six-speed manual example of the BMW Z4 is presented in Titanium Silver metallic with black Oregon leather and an optional leather steering wheel and gear knob. First registered on 1st March 2006 the car is fitted with the desirable factory Alpina bodykit and alloy wheels. From new this stylish roadster boasted options worth £1,825 including metallic paint, Oregon leather, six-CD changer and the multi-function leather steering wheel. The history file contains various maintenance receipts, MoT documents and a current MoT test certificate until 26th June 2025. With an electric hood, zippy 2.0 litre engine and manual gearbox, this roadster is the perfect foil for inexpensive summer motoring and with Alpina styling it stands out from the crowd. Registration No: D997 EBJ Chassis No: WBADK920501883744 MOT: December 2025First registered in East SuffolkFitted with an Alpina-style bodykit (front air-dam, rear spoiler), steering wheel, decals and alloy wheels which would cost thousands to source todayBased on a 518i (E28) donor car and still powered by a 1.8 litre four-cylinder engine allied to five-speed manual transmissionThe first E28 5-Series Alpina derivative, the B9 3.5 was in production from November 1981 – December 1987. Foreshadowing BMW’s own E28 M5, the Alpina was reputedly capable of 0-60mph in 6.3 seconds and 153mph thanks to its high performance engine, uprated suspension, enlarged brakes and front / rear spoilers. Just 64 of the 577 B9 3.5 cars made were reputedly to UK, right-hand drive specification (with only 18 of those being manual). Increasingly collectible, genuine B9 3.5 examples can fetch £60,000 or more. Based on a BMW 518i (E28), ‘D997 EBJ’ was converted into a B9 3.5 lookalike sometime ago. Indeed, sourcing a similar Alpina-style front air-dam, steering wheel, boot lid spoiler, ‘Deco’ stripe kit and alloy wheels today would cost a fair proportion of the guide price. First UK registered on August 1st 1986, the saloon was originally specified with Alpine White paintwork, cloth upholstery, power steering, five-speed manual transmission and a tilt / slide sunroof. Already highly convincing from a cosmetic perspective, an enterprising new owner could doubtless have a BMW M30 straight-six engine installed should they wish to complete the Alpina illusion. Offered for sale with history file and fresh MOT certificate (until 4.12.2025). For more information, please contact: Damian Jones damian.jones@handh.co.uk 07855 493737

Registration - FJ06 JJYChassis No. - WAPRS34005PE50297M.O.T. - April 2025Odometer - 155,000This striking silver 2006 Alpina Z4 Roadster S is a rare and desirable two-seater that definitely offers enthusiasts something a bit different. Number 297 of just 370 built (as recorded by a plaque inside), it was supplied new by Sytner, and is finished in Titanium Silver with black mohair soft-top plus a black leather interior with stitching in the Alpina colours of blue and green. Bespoke Alpina features include the seats, steering wheel, carpets, door sills and blue instrument dials. Outside, it has 19-inch alloy wheels in Alpina’s trademark deign, plus front and rear spoiler and, underneath, bespoke suspension. ‘FJ06JJY’ comes with all the original handbooks, service schedules, spare key, locking wheel nut, warning triangle and a comprehensive file of maintenance documents and invoices. It has evidence of being serviced almost annually since 2006. The most recent service and MOT was in April 2024. The vendor describes the hand-built engine, which has an Alpina-specific crankshaft and cylinder head, Mahle pistons and a stainless-steel Boysen exhaust, as being in ‘excellent’ condition, with ‘good’ bodywork, paintwork and interior. The car also comes with a generous level of standard equipment including electric seats, climate control and Dynamic Traction Control. The Alpina Z4 Roadster S was derived from the E85 BMW Z4. Like all Alpinas, it was custom-built from a BMW body-in-white – it was derived from the Z4 3.0i but received thousands of Alpina-specific modifications. The hand-built engine was enlarged to 3.4 litres, producing 300bhp, and combined with a ZF six-speed manual gearbox. 0-62mph takes just 5.1 seconds and it has a top speed of 159mph. A very rare machine, it was only built between 2003 and 2007, with 370 cars built in total – of which just 167 came to the UK. In summary:Ultra-rare Alpina Z4 Roadster S number 297 of 370Very comprehensive service history covers almost every year since 2006Highly collectable Alpina two-seater

Registration - FJ05 NGFChassis No. - WAPB544005RH10059M.O.T. - May 2025Odometer - 153,650This desirable 2006 BMW Alpina B5 is a well-presented example of an extremely rare car that is being offered at No Reserve. The discreet alternative to the E60 BMW M5, its supercharged 4.4-litre V8 has bombastic pulling power thanks to its incredible torque, plus electrifying performance from its 500bhp output. Using a ZF automatic gearbox rather than BMW’s jerky SMG semi-auto means it is often a nicer car to drive. It really is a car for knowledgeable enthusiasts – and this example, with a full service history mainly from BMW dealers and specialists, is particularly tempting. ‘FJ05NGF’ benefits from a rebuilt supercharger, offering reassurance to the new owner, and had a gearbox oil service a year ago. It also has upgraded M5 brake discs and a steel-plated engine tray. The engine, transmission and electrics are described as being in ‘good’ condition, with ‘average’ bodywork, paintwork and interior, and an odometer reading around 153,000 miles. The vendor, an Alpina enthusiast, adds that the private registration seen in the images will not be supplied with the car. The BMW Alpina B5 replaced the similarly 5 Series-based B10 in 2006. The first version, represented by this car, was based on the E60 BMW 5 Series, with the Alpina B5 being a high-performance alternative to the period BMW M5. Instead of the M5’s high-revving V10 engine, the Alpina used a supercharged version of BMW’s V8, producing similar power – and with far more torque, performance was much more effortless. Compared to the frenetic M5, the B5 is a much rarer proposition in the UK, and is increasingly becoming recognised as a connoisseur’s choice as a result. In summary:Rare E60 BMW Alpina B5 offered at No ReserveThe connoisseur’s alternative to the E60 BMW M5Extensive history with plenty of paperwork

Registration - E24 UTEChassis No. - WBAEC820108188146M.O.T. - October 2025Odometer - 140,243With pickups becoming increasingly popular and a more common sight on our roads, ‘E24 UTE’ offers a superb antidote to the “me too” procession of workaday trucks. This genuine, one-of-one creation retains all the charm and allure of the 1988 BMW E24 635 CSi upon which it is based but with added…….utility. ‘E24 UTE’ has undergone a professional conversion in current ownership as well as a full underbody restoration. A new OEM fuel tank, drop links, bushes and suspension components have been fitted. The brakes have undergone a refurbishment as have the Alpina turbine style alloy wheels. In its current ownership for the last 13 years and with around 140,000 covered to date, ‘E24 UTE’ retains the silky M30B35 six cylinder engine and four-speed ZF 4HP22 automatic transmission of the 635 CSi. Complete with a lever arch file of accompany papers and offered with NO RESERVE.It will come as a surprise to many as to what a good pickup the BMW 635 CSi actually makes! Its long, sleek Paul Bracq design provides a surprisingly long load bed, more than sufficient for a big Fortnum & Mason’s hamper plus plenty more besides. The truncated cabin of ‘E24 UTE’ is standard 635CSi fare, by which we mean superbly fitted and finished. The black leather, deeply bolstered seats are finished in black leather and the signature, driver orientated VDO instruments are present and correct. Even an M-Sport, three spoke steering wheel and electric steel sunroof are present. The E24 635CSi upon which ‘E24 UTE’ (hopefully, the appeal of this personalised registration number should by now be apparent) was one of the true hero cars of the heady 1980’s “yuppy” era. It offered a thoughtful alternative to Porsche 911’s of the era and offered true, continent crossing credentials. Few then, surely, would have envisaged the existence of a wonderfully unique and expertly converted pickup example in 2024.In summary:· A truly unique and professional conversion to a show stopping pickup· Blending classic E24 attributes with a generous load bed· Complete with perfectly matched ‘E24 UTE’ personalised registration
