A gentleman's vintage 18ct yellow gold Rolex wrist watch. The watch having a tank-style case, nr 32 6475, stamped R.W.C Ltd dated 1920s (B), with Glasgow import mark, Swiss made movement timed 6 positions for all climates, measuring approx. 40 x 24mm, silvered dial with Arabic numerals, on an original Aprey of London watch strap, presented in a green Rolex watch box. Provenance:The E. W. Towler Collection, formerly of Glympton Park, Oxfordshire and thus through the family by descent. Condition Report The watch case having light scratches and marks consistent with age, perspex glass has a crack, watch face showing signs of light corrosion and needing a clean, blued hands in good condition. Watch moving forward at time of testing but no guarantees given for time-keeping.

Asprey 1920s silver twin handled apple corer and slicer (Birmingham 1926) Aprey & Co Ltd. 14.2cm across.General overall condition quite good, some minor surface scratching, circular frame is slightly bent and some of the blades have been resoldered where they join the frame, blade edges are nicked. Marks are clear.

XVIIIe siècle Diamètre : 25 cm Éclats Bibliographie :Une assiette similaire est reproduite dans le Répertoire de la Faïence française (Aprey, vol. I, pl. 2.A). L’attribution à Aprey proposée par le Dr Chompret repose sur les similitudes entre ces assiettes et le seau à bouteille marqué Aprey aujourd’hui conservé au musée de Sèvres.
