Registration – LOI 2609Chassis No. – B54ECM.O.T. – ExemptOdometer – 34,106Part of one man’s extensive collection, this 1964 Bentley S3 immediately appeals thanks to an odometer reading a mere 34,100 miles – with DVLA support for this stretching back to 2001. Tantalisingly, it is offered at No Reserve. Originally registered in June 1964, it was believed to be later used overseas and then repatriated back to the UK in 1978 – as evidenced by the included V5. The two-tone grey and blue coachwork is paired with a grey leather interior, which features extensive walnut veneer. While ‘LOI2609’ doesn’t have a current MOT, it had a clean report from its last MOT in September 2012, with no advisories in the five former tests either. The Bentley S Series was a Bentley development of the Rolls-Royce Cloud-based saloons. The S3 was the final development in the series, and was introduced in 1962. Key visual changes included a four-headlamp front end and lower bonnet line and grille. The interior was honed to give more rear legroom, while a high-compression version of the 6.2-litre V8 engine gave a power boost and a top speed of nearly 120mph. This elegant carriage was replaced in 1965. In summary: 1964 Bentley S3 with odometer reading just 34,100 milesRegistered in 1964 and repatriated in 1978Stately and presentable version of a classic Bentley

Lot 9

Registration – LNV 676LChassis No. – 2B1194BWM.O.T. – ExemptOdometer – 59,765‘LNV676L’ is a very rare iteration of Sir William Lyons’ swansong – the XJ saloon. Being a Series I range topping V12 Vanden Plas model this car is one of just 351 originally built making it the rarest model from this first series of luxury saloons. ‘LNV676L’ is described as a non-running barn find and so offers an enticing opportunity to bring this rarest of models up to its former glory. With just six former keepers, the vendor acquired this survivor car around 4 years ago and it has been stored ever since. The Smiths odometer reads a shade under 60,000 miles which isn’t warranted but seems believable. ‘LNV676L’ is revealed as a long wheelbase version – 4 inches longer – by its chassis number which also confirms it as the 193rd of 351 made. Back in 1973 this car would have provided a viable alternative to a Rolls-Royce, Bentley or top of the range Mercedes-Benz. This car comes from the large private collection of an individual enthusiast and is offered here with NO RESERVE.The Daimler Double Six Vanden Plas Series I was only built for one year between September 1972 and September 1973, hence making it a very low volume and rarely seen model. This barn find example exhibits all the Series I cues including the deep, forward raked grill, vinyl roof and the special gunmetal finished, pressed steel wheels with Daimler chrome hubcaps. Even the original twin driving lights above the front bumper are still present. As a true Rolls-Royce alternative, the Vandan Plas was awash with rare refinements for 1973. This includes seating faced with leather to a special Vanden Plas design. Air-conditioning, a radio/stereo tape or 8 track (as included here) player with electric aerial and 4 speakers, remote-controlled driver’s door mirror, electric windows, heated rear window, reading lamps for rear passengers and red warning lights fitted to all doors were all standard and remain present here. ‘LNV676L’s’ paintwork, bodywork and interior are all described as “average.”The Series I Double Six, a Daimler model name last used in the mid 1920’s, provided the first saloon outing for the esteemed 5.3-litre V12 engine. It also made it the first mass production V12 saloon and simultaneously the "fastest full four-seater available in the world." In this early application the V12 was fitted with four carburettors and originally produced a bountiful 309bhp. This is mated to a Type 12 Borg Warner three speed automatic gearbox. ‘LNV676L’ is classed as a non-runner with the engine and electrics classed as “poor” and the transmission as “average.”In summary:A barn find example of the very rare Series I Daimler Double Six Vanden PlasPresents in a highly original and seemingly complete conditionOffering great potential for improvement and restoration

Registration – PSK 886Chassis No. – B214ANM.O.T. – ExemptOdometer – 83,105This imposing and extravagant 1956 Bentley S1 has a coachbuilt Hooper body finished in ivory and black. It is understood just 39 cars were produced in aluminium alloy to this design number, 8430, making it a very rare find today. ‘PSK886’ presents well, with enthusiast ownership evidenced by radiator grille badges from the VSCC, Royal Automobile Club and Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club. Notably, it has had just three previous keepers. The cream leather interior is bright and welcoming, with well-matched real wood veneer. Beautiful instruments carry the famous Bentley ‘B’ logo, with an inset Smiths clock, and the starter switch has a nice patina as evidence of its 83,100-mile odometer reading. Underneath the classic split bonnet, the 4.9-litres straight-six engine presents well, with plenty of period details. Overall, the condition is described as ‘average’.The rear compartment is ultra-luxurious, with lashings of leather, a broad centre armrest and wood veneer tables in the front seat backs. The double-deck boot is richly trimmed and includes a spare wheel and jack. ‘PSK886’ also comes with the original Bentley S Type handbook and a thick collection of invoices and receipts. This even includes a wonderful letter from Hooper & Co’s sales manager in 1991 offering advice on spare parts. A Mr. Ratcliffe said he would be delighted to receive photographs of the car, which was undergoing restoration at the time, and wished the owner the best of luck with it.Hooper was a British coachbuilder founded way back in 1805. Holding a royal warrant from 1830, it was renowned for its top-tier luxury carriages produced to the highest standards. It evolved from horse-drawn carriages to producing flamboyant coachbuilt bodies for motor vehicles, particularly separate-chassis Rolls-Royce and Bentley. Even after it was acquired by Daimler, this continued for decades, and it was only Rolls-Royce’s decision to stop producing rolling chassis for the motor trade that led to the Hooper ceasing production in 1959, becoming a sales and service company instead. In summary:1956 Hooper-bodied Bentley S1Rich history file and original handbookBelieved to have been restored in the 1990s.

Registration – JWR 690Chassis No. – B.299.EWM.O.T. – ExemptOdometer – 19,614‘JWR690’ is a genuinely rare example of a watershed model for Bentley. What is more, this example is notable for wearing a bespoke HJ Mulliner body in aluminium as opposed to the standard (actually slightly substandard post-war, rationed) steel that most left Crewe clad in. Only around 100 were believed to have been given the lightweight Mulliner treatment. ‘JWR690’ was enjoyed by just four keepers during the first 62 years of its existence. The fourth owner undertook a full restoration of ‘JWR690’ between 2003 and 2008 addressing all aspects of the Bentley including a full, bare metal respray. The fifth keeper bought ‘JWR690’ in 2012 and the current keeper acquired it in 2020 to become just its sixth in 76 years. ‘JWR690’ comes with plenty of provenance providing paperwork and restoration photographs and is exempt from MOT and zero rated for road tax. This remarkable Mulliner bodied Bentley is offered here with NO RESERVE.The MK VI Bentley was the first postwar car for the marque and became hugely popular with over 5,200 produced between 1946 and 1952. The standard cars were steel bodied with the only material available at the time not necessarily up to normal Bentley standards. Just twenty percent of production was produced in rolling chassis form before going on to a number of independent coachbuilders to have bespoke bodies fitted. Around 100 only arrived at Mulliner. Mulliner’s wartime experience led them to perfect superb aluminium bodies which were much lighter, stiffer and offered better longevity than their steel counterparts. ‘JWR690’ is one of those chosen few making it rare indeed. Finished in bright silver and exhibiting a dramatic front end and curvaceous wings, ‘JWR690’ is a definite head turner. The sublime interior is a haven of oxblood hued leathers and copious amounts of inlaid walnut veneer. The paintwork, bodywork and interior are all rated as “average to good.”‘JWR690’ is fitted with the so called 4 ¼ Litre engine which is a 4257cc straight six unit with an F-head and twin SU carburettors. The company didn’t disclose the car’s power output a number of road tests achieved top speeds very close to 100mph. All MK VI Bentleys were fitted with a four speed manual transmission with the gear lever on the right of the driver. The engine, transmission and electrics are all rated as “good.” In summary:One of just 100 or so Mulliner bodied examples known to be madeSubject to a 5-year diligent restoration in the early 2000’s including a full resprayA lightweight version of the car thanks to the crafted aluminium body

Registration – MX08 FSFChassis No. – SCBCE63WX8C055988M.O.T. – May 2025Odometer – 67,500This handsome 2008 Bentley Continental GT is a fine example of the Crewe firm’s 6.0-litre W12-powered continent-crusher. The metallic grey paintwork is complemented by a rich tan leather interior with lashings of real wood veneer. Registered in March 2008, this near-200mph express has an odometer reading just 67,500 miles. It has had just three owners from new, reports the vendor, and they say it has been “very well looked after”. The engine, transmission and electrics are all described as being in ‘excellent’ condition. ‘MX08FSF’ comes with two new batteries and two new tyres, and there is 24-hour video recording front and rear. ‘MX08FSF’ has a full service history. The service book contains an impressive amount of stamps. The pre-delivery inspection was carried out by Bentley Manchester in February 2008, and there are a further eight stamps from Bentley Manchester, right up to 2015. It was looked after by Bentley specialists after that, with notable names including Prestige Services of Leeds. The Bentley Continental GT was the car that turned the firm into the global luxury powerhouse it is today. Introduced in 2003, it was a modern four-seat GT car that significantly expanded the appeal of the brand – with sales immediately reflecting this. Gradual evolution over the years means the timeless styling still cuts a dash today – and the four-wheel drive Bentley remains thrilling to drive, with over 550hp from its turbocharged W12 engine giving 0-62mph performance in under 5.0 seconds. Bentley insiders say engineers also saw a top speed of more than 200mph during development…In Summary:2008 Bentley Continental GTJust 67,500 milesFull service history with main dealers

• Comprehensive service history from new• 6.0 litre, four seat supercarThe Rapide is a four-door, four-seater, high-performance sports saloon, which Aston Martin introduced in early 2010. It was first presented as a concept car at the North American International Auto Show in 2006 and the production version was shown at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Rapide name is a reference to the Lagonda Rapide, a four-door, four-seater saloon produced by Lagonda, now a part of Aston Martin. The new Rapide is the company's first four-door fastback saloon since the Lagonda which was discontinued in 1990. It is based on the DB9 and underpinned by the Aston Martin VH platform. The first cars rolled off the production line in May 2010, initially built at a dedicated plant at the Magna Steyr facility in Graz, Austria. This lovely 2011 Rapide is presented in Q Black Storm (with a Cherry flake) over a contrasting Chancellor hide leather interior. Supplied by Aston Martin Park Lane, this example was shipped to Singapore and maintained by Wearnes Automotive who are a multi franchise service centre for Bugatti, Bentley and Aston Martin. Showing approximately 16 service stamps and inspection stamps in the service book which were all by main dealers until an independent service, at purchase, by Praters Automotive in 2023 before returning to a main dealer, Aston Martin Weybridge in July 2023. Offered with a full handbook pack, itemised service sheets from Wearnes Automotive Singapore, build sheet from Aston Martin, two keys and a recent set of new Yokohama tyres all round. A sensational saloon, the 6.0 litre V12 engine never fails to excite, and this is no exception combine with a well-kept cabin that oozes luxury. Successor to the R-Type, the Bentley S1 was introduced in 1955 with a whole new chassis; the car's wheelbase had been extended 3" to 123", and the luggage compartment was expanded. The S1 had softer suspension than the R-Type, with electrically controlled rear shock absorbers. Brakes had been improved, and the steering was lighter. This model marked the final integration of Bentley with Rolls-Royce - the standard saloons were now entirely alike, but for grilles and badging. The engine was Rolls' 4887cc F-head six, in its final configuration before the introduction of V8 power in 1959. Manual gearboxes were supplied only to special order. The British Magazine, the Motor reported a top speed of 103mph and 0-60 acceleration of 13.1 seconds from a short-wheelbase S1 in 1957.First registered on 28th July 1958, this wonderful Bentely S1 found its second home in a matter of months when it was sold to Lt. Col. A. R. Bond in December of the same year. Reported by the vendor to be in very good condition mechanically with work in recent years including a gearbox rebuild and top end overhaul, at which time the core plugs were replaced, the cooling system flushed and the engine generally tidied. The car was also fitted with front seatbelts, new starter motor and solenoid, new fuel pump and electronic ignition. Consequently, the engine runs very well, as these ‘big sixes’ do when properly maintained and regularly used. The car has benefitted from regular servicing reflected in the accompanying large history file which shows not just receipts but also copies of the original build sheets. The interior is largely original and lightly patinated. The rear seats are original and in good condition whereas the front seats were reconditioned by the previous owner and are prodigiously comfortable. The car was repainted under a previous ownership but it remains in good condition as does the car’s gleaming chrome. We believe the Bentley S1 is one of the best-looking models produced by the British motor company, having only had five owners from new and being a matching numbers example, this Bentley is an opportunity not to be missed. The Bentley Turbo R was a high-performance model produced by Bentley Motors Limited. It shared the Mulsanne's chassis and inherited the turbocharged engine from the Mulsanne Turbo. However, the Turbo R's V8 engine was re-tuned with new Bosch MK-Motronic fuel injection for added torque. It also sported a revised suspension setup and wider tires on alloy wheels, a first for a Bentley. Motor Trend called the Turbo R ‘the first Bentley in decades deserving of the famous name’ in their review of the car on its introduction to the United States in 1989. The suspension changes, though seemingly subtle, transformed the heavy car into a real performer. Anti-roll bar rates were increased 60% front, and 80% rear and tuned dampers were added. A Panhard rod was also introduced, reducing side-to-side movement in corners. This lovely Turbo R is presented in metallic green with Magnolia leather interior. Its interior is in good condition, as are the door cappings and dashboard. The car comes with all the standard luxury one would expect and it also has a full history going back to the original purchase agreement. There are 28 stamps in the book and multiple invoices in the history file. There are also MoT test certificates going back to 2000 and in July 2018 the head gasket was replaced, and the engine was overhauled at a cost in excess of £6,750. This Bentley was recently recommissioned in 2022 when its brake and suspension were replaced at an eye watering cost of £21,796. These superb luxury saloons have stood the test of time in terms of smooth motoring with the abundance of leather providing passengers and the driver with opulence together with its 6750cc V8 providing the power, smoothly and effortlessly. Well-presented exampleGood service history fileThe Bentley Arnage was launched in 1998, a large luxury saloon car that replaced the previous Bentley Turbo saloon. Built by Bentley Motors in Crewe from 1998 to 2009, the Arnage and its Rolls-Royce sibling the Silver Seraph, were introduced in the Spring of 1998 and were the first entirely new designs for the two marques since 1980 when the Silver Spirit and Mulsanne models were introduced. The Arnage Green Label was to be powered by a powerful BMW V8 engine with Cosworth-engineered twin-turbo chargers. This handsome Bentley was registered in March 1999 and since then has covered a little over 80,000 miles, an average of just over 3,000 miles per year. The car presents extremely well in silver coachwork with recently re-connolised parchment leather. The file for this classic British car contains a V5C registration document, MoT test certificate valid through until April 2026 and various bills and receipts for servicing work. These include invoices from marque specialist Silver Lady Services between 2012 and 2015 that total nearly £10,000. Recommissioned recently, this Bentley is offered at a fraction of its original cost and has even been professionally fitted with an LPG conversion to further reduce running costs. The Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph was first unveiled on 3rd March, 1998 at the Geneva Motor Show. It replaced the Silver Spur which ended production in 1997. All Seraphs were handbuilt at the Rolls-Royce factory in Crewe, England, which stopped making Rolls-Royce models in 2002 but continued with Bentley. The car had a base price of £155,175 in the UK and was powered by a 5.4 litre aluminium alloy BMW V12 engine, making it the first twelve-cylinder Rolls-Royce since the 1939 Phantom III. Standard electronics included digital engine management, adaptive ride control and anti-lock brakes. Inside, the Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph and the Bentley Arnage were similar but quite distinct from one another. In the Seraph, the gear selector was column-mounted and the gauges followed a traditional Rolls-Royce layout . In both cars, the seats and dashboard were upholstered in Connolly leather, with dashboard trim and folding picnic trays for rear passengers and glossy burr walnut veneer. This delightful Rolls-Royce was registered in May 2000 and presents extremely well in possibly the best colour combination for this model of dark blue metallic coachwork contrasted with magnolia trim. Both the paintwork and trim appear in good order. This Seraph is offered to auction with a valid MoT test certificate, a V5c registration document and various bills and receipts for service work undertaken. The Rolls-Royce marque still conjures up a magical feeling amongst drivers and enthusiasts alike. This example offers classic British motoring at a fraction of its original cost. The Bentley Arnage was launched in 1998, a large luxury saloon car that replaced the previous Bentley Turbo saloon. Built by Bentley Motors in Crewe from 1998 to 2009, the Arnage and its Rolls-Royce sibling named the Silver Seraph, were introduced in the Spring of 1998 and were the first entirely new designs for the two marques since 1980 when the Silver Spirit and Mulsanne models were introduced. The Arnage Red Label was launched in October 1999 with the engine reverting to Bentley power using the traditional V8 engine and a displacement of 6750cc. Bentley quote the Arnage R as being an unrivalled example of the Grand Touring philosophy, making every journey a unique experience of power, luxury and control. A place where two very different worlds are perfectly united. Tradition and technology in absolute harmony. This Bentley was originally registered on 19th September 2002 and is finished in the delightful colour combination of metallic blue with a cream leather interior. Significant sums have been spent on this Arnage R in the last three years, work carried out includes new suspension bushes, ball joints, ignition leads and servicing. In 2022 a large service was carried out and four new tyres were fitted. A good history file accompanies this Arnage R with maintenance and service records dating back to 2006. The fastidious vendor has reported to us that the engine management light is on and he has put it into a Bentley specialist for diagnoses. The report states that the heater tap is leaking and will require replacing, together with an assembly suction hose. Supplied with a V5C registration document and a current MoT test certificate valid until 20th February 2026. A Bentley Arnage is a fabulous car to drive, with ample power available, leather and walnut in abundance and presence commensurate with such a prestige marque. Consigned by Stewart Banks.Guide; £9,000-£11,000 COMES WITH HISTORY GOING BACK TO 2006V5 AND MoT'd UNTIL 20TH FEBRAUARY 2026

Low mileage exampleRare automatic gearboxLow ownershipArriving in late 1991, the VR6-engined version of the Volkswagen Corrado was hailed by CAR magazine as one of '25 cars you must drive before you die’, while Auto Express rated it as among ‘Volkswagen’s best ever drivers’ cars’. Sharing the same handsome Herbert Schafer-penned silhouette as its four-cylinder siblings, the newcomer sported a wider front track to accommodate its six-cylinder powerplant. Responsible for inspiring VAG’s later Bentley W12 and Bugatti W16 designs, the freshly developed engine featured an unusually narrow Vee angle of 15 degrees meaning that it only needs a single cylinder head. Sonorous and punchy, it produced some 188bhp and 181lb/ft of torque and was allied to either four-speed automatic or five-speed manual transmission. Equipped with MacPherson struts up front and trailing arms plus a torsion beam at the rear, the manual VR6 was reputedly capable of 0-60mph in 6.7 seconds and 145mph; seriously impressive figures during the early 1990s and still respectable today.First registered on 10th December 1993, the Corrado on offer here was specified with the desirable VR6 engine. Interestingly it was also ordered from the factory with the very rare automatic gearbox, leather interior along with heated front seats. Presented in Dragon Green metallic, the car is totally original and comes fitted with its original 15” Speedline alloy wheels and still has its original Sony radio cassette player head unit fitted. The service history consists of eight stamps in the original service book, all carried out by the main agent dealer who supplied the car, Dovercourt of Battersea, London. Their final service was in 2005 at 26,316 miles and consisted of an engine oil and filter change, brake fluid and air filter change. Since 2005, the car has covered less than 3,000 miles. The vendor reports the car to drive very well and it will be supplied to auction with a new MoT test certificate.Supplied with a V5C registration document, original book pack with stamped service book, receipts, old tax discs and MoT test certificates including a new one valid through to February 2026. Becoming ever more collectable, low mileage examples of these fantastic Karmann built Volkswagens are near impossible to find.
