A Limoges porcelain gilt metal mounted box, the hinged cover painted with exotic birds amongst flowers on a gilt foliate ground within further gilt border, the body painted with butterflies amongst flowers on gilt floral ground, painted mark to the underside, width 14cm, together with a Carlton ware box and cover decorated with a stylised flower (2)Carlton Ware box – no chips, cracks or repairs but there is a manufacturing fault to the lid edge.Limoges – front clasp bent/misshapen, some Verdigris showing through gilt metal, no chips/cracks or repairs to porcelain, some wear and marks to decoration, maker not known but there is a painted inscription to the underside.
