Various old splits, chips and losses. As often seen with tables of this type and period, significant old worm in areas throughout - see images. Worm holes and losses have been disguised using dark wax/filler in areas thought. Later stretcher supporting the underside of the top. The frieze elements joining the tops of the legs are possibly old replacements. There are old repairs where they meet the legs and some opening to the joins (this dose not effect the structural solidity of the table). Old repairs and losses to the centre of the stretcher.
