An Edwardian cased set of six silver mounted coffee cups and saucers - the mounts hallmarked Josiah Williams & Co, London 1909, with pierced scroll and bellflower decoration, the Aynsley cups and saucers decorated in cobalt blue and gilt in the Portland pattern with foliate swags and diaper work (one cup missing, one cracked), in the original fitted case.* One cup is missing, one has a large crack to the base, one has a tiny rim chip and one has a very small crack to the base. The silver mounts are in good condition overall. One saucer has glaze crazing and discolouration to the well and another has a small shallow chip beneath the rim. The case is missing the clasp from both sides of the lid and has general edge wear.
