Unopened Carlos I Imperial Gran Reserva brandy bottled in a Lladro porcelain decanter. Comes in a lined blue velvet fitted sealed wooden box, never opened. With original packing box. In 1985, Lladro designed a decanter for the Carlos I Imperial brandy produced by Pedro Domecq, a winery based in the Jerez region in the south of Spain. Brandy de Jerez must be produced in the Jerez area of Andalusia, and aged in 500-liter American oak casks that previously contained sherry, using the Solera system. Solera is a process of aging liquids by fractional blending in such a way that the finished product is a mixture of ages, with the average age gradually increasing.
