Fine quality late 19th/early 20th century Swiss 18ct gold minute-repeating half-hunter pocket watch with button-wind movement striking the hours, quarters and minutes, the white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, the front of the case with blue enamel Roman numerals and engine turned decoration in 55mm gold case, the cuvet cover signed S. Katz Geneve.The watch winds smoothly and is currently running. The repeating movement works, it strikes the correct quarters and minutes but strikes an hour slow. The hands adjust correctly. The white enamel dial is perfect. The watch is a substantial watch, heavy gauge. The engine turned decoration shows wear commensurate with age. Weighs approximately 151.5 grams. The box is in good condition commensurate with age, the silk lined interior is not signed.
