Third Intermediate Period to Late Period, Ca. 1069 - 332 BC. A collection of five faience amulets. The piece on the left represents Anubis, depicted standing and wearing a short kilt, with the characteristic jackal head. Next is an amulet in the form of a small animal with a suspension hole. The third amulet is the Eye of Horus, featuring the stylised depiction of an eye with an extended brow and vertical markings beneath. To its right, a Taweret amulet portrays the hippopotamus-headed goddess standing upright, her hands resting along the body. Late Period, Ca. 664 - 332 BC. A faience amulet of Thoth depicted standing with a striding posture, wearing a short kilt with vertical pleats. The elongated ibis head features incised details, including a curved beak and striations along the sides. 21th - 26th Dynasty, Ca. 1077 - 525 BC.A bronze figure of snake headed god Nebebkau depicted in striding posture with arms positioned close to the body. A tripartite wig extends over the shoulders, with parallel gold inlays accentuating its length. A short kilt wraps around the waist, vertically striped with gold inlays. The legs extend from beneath the garment, set apart in a striding stance. The back of the figure features an integral suspension loop. Mounted on a custom-made display stand. Full Uniform of the 2/10th Battalion Territorial The King's Liverpool Regiment, belonging to Pte. 356310 L D C Foley, & WWI War Medals. Comprises Tunic with horn buttons, Liverpool Scottish shoulder titles, 55th Division Red Rose badge, Kilt made from Forbes tartan, ORs sporran with King's badge on cantle, red and black diced half hose, white gaiters, Tam O'Shanter hat with KLR badege and further TOS without badge. Together with WWI medals awarded to Pte Foley, including 1914-1919 Victory Medal with box, British War Medal, and Liverpool Scottish baddged canvas cover with St Christopher medal. Pte Foley was a volunteer from 1915 for duration, and was overseas in France & Flanders in 1917, and demobilised in 1919. Uniform has some small holes but general good order considering the age.
