Signed 8 x 10 photograph of the handsome actor in an early three-quarter length pose, wearing an overcoat and scarf, in costume as the mysterious Remington Steele, a former thief and con man, from the American television series Remington Steele (1982-87). Signed in dark fountain pen ink with a fully legible signature (in contrast to many other more recent examples) to a light area of the background. EX
US Civil War Provenanced Remington Percussion Cap .44 Cal New Model Revolver serial number 91921 with 200 mm long barrel. Maker marked "Patented Sept 14th 1858 E Remington & Sons, Ilion New York US, New Model". Working action which holds at both full and half cock. Overall length 345mm. Plus original .44 cal bullet mould that came with the gun, unmarked, together with signed Affidavit paperwork regarding provenance to First Sgt William H Merriam, Company G 18th Regiment US Infantry. A 1907 PATTERN REMINGTON BAYONET AND A BRITISH JUNGLE CARBINE BAYONET, the Remington Bayonet has the makers stamp and the year 1915 along with another single digit 9, it comes with its scabbard and a frog, the second dagger was to be used with a Lee Enfield Rifle, the blade is stamped with D59 and a military broad arrow, it is complete with its scabbard but the screws are missing from the handle
