well carved with snarling dragon head hook facing a chilong in pierced relief, both carved using a stronger apple green inclusion in the stone, the silver inscribed: Howard and Co. New York Sterling 9158. Dimension:Jade L:9.7cm., the whole L:22cm.. Condition:Good, minor natural faulting. Provenance:Howard and Co.were a prominent Fifth Avenue Silver retailer between the 1890s and 1922.
