Archibald Knox for Liberty & Co., a model 0231 five-piece Tudric pewter tea service, comprising a teapot, sucrier, creamer, coffee pot and hot water jug, with a rounded twin-handled tray, the set decorated with a planished surface, wicker handles and stylised foliate motifs in relief, stamped marksthe tray 50 x 35cmSurface is generally dull, this is likely surface accumulation, rather than patination, especially as the underside has a polished sheen. This may have been lacquered but difficult to say for certain.
