PAULINE BEWICK RHA (1935 - 2022)
Pauline Bewick was one of Ireland’s most celebrated contemporary artists, known for her vibrant, uninhibited style and prolific output across painting, drawing, sculpture, and tapestry. Her work often explores themes of womanhood, freedom, and mythology. Bewick created a large body of work throughout her life, including the acclaimed Seven Ages series, and is represented in major Irish collections such as the National Gallery of Ireland and the Hunt Museum.
