IVAN SUTTON (B. 1944)
Ivan Sutton is a contemporary Irish painter renowned for his evocative portrayals of maritime and coastal life, especially in the west of Ireland. Known for his use of impasto and expressive brushwork, Sutton’s paintings reflect both a deep affection for Irish seafaring traditions and a dynamic sense of atmosphere. His work is widely collected and exhibited in Ireland and abroad.
